The Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice (hereinafter, the ("Personal Data Legislation") as well as any other law, regulation, circular, decree that is applicable to us in G.Valkyria , as entities comprising the group in matters of protection and/or processing of personal data.

The purpose of this document is to inform you of the type of personal data we collect, the purposes for which we process your personal data, the transfers we may carry out and the options you have to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and/or opposition provided for in the Personal Data Legislation.

4.1. Clients, Representatives and Users
We process your data for the following primary purposes:
- Identify you as a customer of our products and/or services.
- Manage the shipping of your orders or delivery of the service to the commercial, fiscal or personal addresses chosen by you at the time of your purchase.
- Contact you through telephone calls, sending communications via email, short messages and other physical and/or electronic means of communication.
- Carry out billing activities and process payments through the enabled forms and mechanisms, related to the use of our products and services, as well as those goods and services provided by third parties.
- Processing requests for information, questions, clarifications, suggestions, complaints and follow-up to them. Also, keeping a history of your services.
- Prepare analyses and studies related to consumer behavior.
- Conduct reports, monitoring, predictions and analysis regarding the use, experience and quality of services.
- To handle and follow up on investigations and reviews of complaints and/or claims related to the detection, prevention and combating of conduct that may contravene the provisions of applicable regulations and/or the products and services we offer.

Inform you or invite you to participate in our non-profit social commitment activities that aim to promote the development of people through educational, social, ecological and cultural projects.
- Perform statistical analysis to generate information models and/or current and predictive behavior profiles, and participate in surveys, sweepstakes and promotions.
- To carry out mass data analysis techniques for profiling activities by combining information provided by you, information obtained from publicly accessible sources, including social networks, and information that can be inferred or obtained as a result of the application of various data analysis technologies. The above is to contact you and send you advertising, promotional and/or information that we consider may be of interest to you.
4.2. Consent and Revocation
The present purposes are based on your consent, which means that you may at any time oppose or revoke your consent for your Personal Data to be processed for any of the secondary purposes indicated herein. Likewise, we inform you that if you give your consent, the present purposes will continue to exist even if you do not maintain a relationship with G.Valkyria .
If you do not agree with the use and processing of your data for the secondary purposes indicated in this section, you may choose to revoke your consent by following the procedure indicated in section VII of this Privacy Notice.

5.1. Primary Purposes
We process your personal data for the following primary purposes that are necessary to carry out the relationship between us and you:
- Send information by electronic means related to the contracting process of any products offered by us.
- Manage the shipping of your order with third-party carriers, detailing the delivery address that you indicate in your order.
- Contact you by phone to provide guidance regarding your inquiry or purchase remotely.
- Respond to your queries through various means of contact related to your query or purchase.
- Send you information about the status of your inquiry or purchase through various means of contact.
5.2. Opposition to Data Processing
If you do not wish us to process your personal data for any of the purposes described in this section, you must submit your request following the procedure indicated in section VII of this Privacy Notice, which will channel it to our personal data department for processing.
- Transfer of Personal Data
We may transfer your personal data without requiring your consent to the following third parties for the following purposes:
- To authorities to comply with legal obligations, as well as to fulfill the primary purposes reported in this Privacy Notice: i) competent authorities and/or third parties in the legally provided cases. To comply with the applicable legal provisions, as well as to fulfill the primary purposes reported in this Privacy Notice.
- Carry out actions aimed at preventing illicit activities, including money laundering and terrorist financing prevention, in compliance with applicable legislation.

VII. Exercise of ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent
7.1 Procedure for the Exercise of ARCO Rights
7.1.1 Format and Required Documentation
You or your duly accredited representative may exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO) and Revocation of consent using the form provided, accompanied by the corresponding documentation.
7.1.2 Channeling of the Request
The application and documentation must be sent via email and will be forwarded to the personal data department for processing.
7.2 Deadline and Response

The personal data department will process your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt.
7.2.2 Response Notification
The response will be notified exclusively by email from the address of the personal data department.
7.3 Procedure before the INAI
7.3.1 Right to Initiate Procedure
If you disagree with the response, you have the right to initiate a Rights Protection Procedure before the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
