2. Categories not Subject to Return 🚫

To protect your pet's health, some categories are not available for returns:

  • Accessories (leashes, collars, harnesses, etc.)
  • Clothes
  • Food
  • Habitat (fish tanks, cages, carriers, houses, beds, cushions)

If you change your pet's food, remember to do it gradually for its well-being. Our Customer Service team is here to help you.

3. Report Delivery Problems 📦

You have 24 business hours from delivery to report any situation in which your order has suffered damage.

4. Conditions and Requirements 🛍️

To process a return, it is necessary that the item be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and with its original packaging or labels.

5. Returns Process 💼

All returns must be processed through our team of Customer Service Agents. Make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • No more than 24 business hours must have passed since the item was received.
  • The product must maintain its original packaging.
  • The item must not have been used.
  • Print the documents that we will send you.
  • Take the package to a courier company branch for delivery.

To start the process, confirm the email and purchase order number.

All refunds for exchanges and returns will be made through a gift card for exclusive use on gvalkyria.com or through the payment gateway used in your purchase.

Remember that the cost of shipping is not included in the refund and will be the responsibility of the customer.
