1) If possible, prepare a hospital aquarium to begin treatment.
2) Remove the activated carbon and increase the oxygen exchange of the water with an aeration pump.
3) Pour the contents of one capsule per 5 gallons (20 liters) of aquarium water.
4) Wait 48 hours and repeat the dose (one capsule).
5) Wait another 48 hours and replace at least 25% of the aquarium water and resume using activated carbon.

Most bacteria that cause disease in fish have a
optimum temperature range below 15°C, and a temperature equal to or
higher than 30°C prevents its growth. If the species that inhabit the aquarium are
of warm waters and tolerate that temperature range, it is recommended to apply
Thermotherapy until reaching 30°C. The temperature increase should be gradual
(+1°C per day) to avoid causing thermal shock in the specimens; if the
Infestation is very severe, the temperature can increase by 1°C in a period
8 to 12 hours until reaching the recommended temperature.
For cold water fish, thermotherapy is not recommended, since its range
tolerance is below 25°C.
