Reef Crystals 50 Gal (189.3 L) Sea Salt is a blend of salts specially formulated to create salt water for reef aquariums. This blend contains extra calcium and magnesium to help ensure the growth of hard corals, large and small polyps and coralline algae, as well as additional trace elements (trace elements) to provide an additional amount of vital nutrients. Additionally, it includes additional vitamins to ensure vigorous growth and survival of corals, anemones and other invertebrates in a captive environment. It also contains a detoxifier to neutralize trace heavy metals often present in household water supplies.

Benefits:
It provides convenient solubility, as it is ready to use and can quickly reach and maintain the ideal pH level, with the assurance that it will not alter the aquarium values.
Free of phosphates and nitrates, which prevents algae growth and deterioration of water quality.

Recommendations:
Although the solution can be used immediately, it is advisable to aerate the water until an oxygen/carbon dioxide balance is achieved. The mixture is formulated to create 160 gallons of salt water with a specific gravity of 1.021. It is important to measure specific gravity with an Instant Ocean hydrometer to ensure proper levels.

Note on use: Never mix salt in an aquarium containing animals, and please note that this product is not suitable for human consumption. In new aquariums, once the specific gravity is adjusted and the salt has been thoroughly mixed and the water aerated, the fish can be moved to the aquarium.
