1. What is a subscription?

4. Payment method

Whenever possible, G.Valkyria will endeavor to display the updated price in advance within the subscription portal, confirmation email, reminder, or in the customer's account.
6. Discounts and Subscription Benefits

8. Modification, Pause, or Cancellation by the Customer
The customer may, when the platform allows it, pause, reactivate, modify, or cancel their subscription from their account, subscription portal, or through the contact methods enabled by G.Valkyria.
To avoid processing the next recurring charge, the cancellation or modification request must be made before the next order enters the renewal or billing process.
Once a recurring order has been processed, charged, fulfilled, packed, or shipped, that specific renewal can no longer be canceled, and any changes will apply to subsequent cycles.
9. Cancellation or Suspension by G.Valkyria
G.Valkyria may suspend, reject, or cancel a subscription, temporarily or permanently, in cases such as:

incomplete or incorrect data,

10. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Orders generated by subscription are subject to G. Valkyria's general policies for exchanges, returns, and refunds, as well as the nature of the product purchased.
For reasons of hygiene, safety, preservation, or consumer protection, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, altered, or when their packaging has been tampered with, especially in categories such as food and consumables.
If the customer believes they received an incorrect or damaged product or one with an incident attributable to G. Valkyria, they must report it within the period indicated in our general policies, providing sufficient evidence.
11. Customer responsibility for product use
The customer is responsible for verifying that the subscribed product corresponds to their pet's species, life stage, condition, size, and needs.
For food products, supplements, or specialized products, we always recommend consulting with a veterinarian before making changes to the diet or maintaining a recurring regimen, especially for pets with medical conditions, digestive sensitivity, allergies, medical treatments, growth stages, or advanced age.

12. Technical or platform failures
Subscriptions and recurring payments depend on third-party technological tools, including platforms, payment gateways, plugins, and automation services.
Although at G. Valkyria we make our best effort to maintain a stable service, we do not guarantee that the subscription system will be free of interruptions, errors, delays, temporary duplications, bank communication failures, or technical incidents beyond our control.
In case of a technical error, we will work to correct it in the shortest reasonable time possible.
13. Personal data
Information related to your subscriptions, recurring orders, contact details, delivery address, and payment methods will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the applicable security measures of our technology providers.
G. Valkyria does not directly store full bank card data except to the extent that the authorized technological infrastructure allows it in accordance with its own security standards.
14. Changes to this policy
