Turtle Diet Gel Premix
Our Low Protein, High Fiber Gel Formula for Herbivorous Species that feed on leaves, grass, flowers and vegetables, such as turtles and uromastices.
INGREDIENTS: Dandelion Powder, Cactus Powder, Ground Grass, Alfalfa Flour, Hibiscus Flower, Heat Stabilized Rice Bran, Ground Flaxseed, Coconut Flour, Dried Seaweed Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Cane Molasses, Dried Brewer's Yeast, Coconut Flour, Lecithin, Carob Gum, Citric Acid, Dried Seaweed, Dried Watermelon, Rosehip, Calendula Flower, Paprika, Calcium Propionate and Potassium Sorbate (as preservatives), Natural Fruit Flavor, Extract of Rosemary, Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate, Zinc Methionine Hydroxanalog Chelate, Manganese Methionine Hydroxanalog Chelate, Copper Methionine Hydroxanalog Chelate. Vitamins: (Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Calcium L-Ascorbic-2-Polyphosphate Phosphate, Vitamin E Supplement, Niacin, Beta Carotene, Calcium d Pantothenate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Acid Folic, Biotin, Vitamin B-12 Supplement, Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex).
GUARANTEED ANALYSIS: Crude Protein min. 15%, Crude Fat min. 3%, Crude Fiber max. 13%, Humidity max. 8%, Ash max. 14%, Calcium min. 1.5%.
INSTRUCTIONS: Bring water to a boil on the stove, in the microwave or in the kettle. Pour boiling water into a bowl and immediately stir in powder (1 part powder to 2-3 parts water by volume). Let cool or pour immediately into a mold. The gel solidifies at room temperature. Cut into long pieces or strips for feeding. Once made, the gel should be treated as fresh food and can be sealed and stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or in the freezer for up to six months.
