Powder Mixture for Insectivorous Gel
Our insect-based meal replacement gel blend (75%) for insectivorous species of reptiles and amphibians. Ideal for bearded dragons, skinks, dwarf monitors, salamanders and more. Insects are raised in the USA with high quality ingredients!
INGREDIENTS: Black Soldier Fly Larvae Meal, Dried Seaweed, Lecithin, Carob Gum, Calcium Carbonate, Citric Acid, Taurine, Dried Seaweed, Dried Watermelon, Rosehip, Hibiscus Flower, Calendula Flower, Paprika, Turmeric, Salt. Calcium Propionate, Sorbic Acid and Mixed Tocopherols (as preservatives). Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate, Analog Hydroxy Chelate of Zinc Methionine, Analog Hydroxy Chelate of Manganese Methionine, Analog Hydroxy Chelate of Copper Methionine. Vitamins: (Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, L-Ascorbyl-Polyphosphate, Vitamin E Supplement, Niacin, Beta Carotene, Calcium d-Pantothenate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B-12 Supplement, Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex).
GUARANTEED ANALYSIS: Crude Protein min. 38%, Crude Fat min. 10%, Crude Fiber max. 1.2%, Max. Humidity 8%, Ash max. 12%, Calcium min. 1.4%.
INSTRUCTIONS: Bring water to a boil on the stove, microwave or kettle. Pour boiling water into a bowl and immediately stir in the powder (1 part powder to 2-3 parts water). Let cool or pour immediately into a mold. The gel will solidify at room temperature. Cut into pieces or strips to feed. Once made, the gel should be treated as fresh food and can be sealed and stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or frozen. It can also be fed as a mixture or paste.
Offer ad libitum.
Refrigeration will prolong freshness.
